- 负责日常工作邮件处理，合同及所有部门文件资料登记、分类、归档等管理工作
- 负责合同的盖章

任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历
- 能够吃苦耐劳，细致认真，具有较强的原则性及团队协作精神
- 精通excel，熟悉函数、公式、透视、筛选，能利用excel进行数据指标的建库、汇总、计数、作图
- 熟悉outlook的使用
- 一年以上相关工作经验者优先
