Job Title： Quality Manager

汇报对象： 总经理/副总经理

Responsibility职责:

1. Ensure and manage compliance with Company Management systems at all times.
确保公司的管理体系始终合乎规定；

2. Continual ensure that customer Audits are passed to the highest standard and their requirement are always followed.
始终确保能够通过客户的最高要求标准的审计，并且始终能够遵循他们的要求。

3. Continual improvement to the quality Systems and Business Process Improvement are essential.
对质量体系的持续改进，业务流程的改进是必要的。

4. Leading the inspection team to manage and control the returns, scrap, remakes;
领导检验团队严格控制废品、超差品、返工零件；

5. Manage the non-conformance parts in a cost-conscious approach.
对超差品零件具有严格的管控意识，同时具有成本意识。

6. That the supply chain is continually achieving on quality (including documentation).
确保供应链符合质量标准（包括文档）；

7. Manage and develop a team, including regular performance reviews with employees to establish adherence with targets ;
管理和发展团队，包括常规的员工绩效考核，使员工能够有目标的发展。

8. To ensure any new starter has been employed correctly following all internal and external procedures.
确保新入职的员工遵守所有内部和外部的流程。

9. Ensure that 5’s Audits are maintained and used to keep the factory clean and tidy.
确保5S始终保持良好，并且保证工厂的干净和整洁。

Qualification & Requirement 要求

1. Bachelor’s Degree with major in Mechanical/Engineering field.
本科以上学历，机械或工程专业。

2. With more than 8 years related experience on mechanical manufacturing.
具有8年以上机械制造行业检验经验；

3. Aerospace mechanical industry is a plus;
具备航空机械加工行业工作经验者优先考虑；

4. With 6 sigma green/black belt certificate will be a plus;
有6西格玛绿带、黑带培训证书者优先考虑；

5. Familiar with NDT, EHS will be a plus;
了解NDT、EHS者优先考虑；

6. Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and motivate a team
具有激发和激励团队的领导能力。

7. Familiar with general measurement equipment
熟练应用通用测具；

8. With CMM and shadow graph working experience is a plus;
有三坐标及投影仪工作经验者优先考虑；

9. Familiar with 7 Quality tools;
熟练使用7大质量工具；

10.Have knowledge on CNC/VMC machine operation with CAD skill.
熟悉机床操作及一定工艺能力；

11.Can read and analysis drawings
能够认识和分析图纸；

12.Familiar with mechanical manufacturing industry
熟悉机械加工生产现场流程。

13.Good English skills 英语良好
