职位描述
Responsibilities:
1 Leads the preparation of solution and strategy products, technology and product analysis, white papers, and responses to management queries on technology and product related topics.
2 Develops system functional and non-functional requirements.
3 Provides thought leadership regarding system design, architecture, and integration. Mentors and leads project teams in the appropriate use of technology.
4 Leads technology and product general assessments, detailed evaluations, and final selections.
5 Leads system design activities or reviews system designs to ensure that solutions will exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. Reviews and approves high risk design decisions prior to implementation.
6 Guides the project team to implement the product by the architecture, reviews team's work result, programs the core module and codes, solves the technique problems in the implementation.
7 Optimizes and improves the architecture of existing products.
8 Provides technology leadership, doing technology innovation, educates and provides technical advice.
Position Requirements:
1 Has at least 5 years' experience on .Net development or Java Script, has hardcore coding skills.
2 Has at least 3 years' experience on system (not application) architecture.
3 Be well versed in the large scale commercial software development, organized, detail oriented and able to deliver results on-time and within budget.
4 Has good skill and experience on software system design, system deployment, performance optimization and etc, can write very high quality code.
5 Be good at logic, research and analysis, can study quickly, has broad knowledge on information industry.
6 Be good at cooperation and communication, has the experience on leading a technical team.
7 Be good at English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
8 Has master or PhD degree of computer science.
9 Strong knowledge of computer science algorithms and data structures.
10 Parallel computing knowledge is a plus
11 .net component development experience is a plus
12 Familiarity with text layout and rendering techniques is a plus
