Experience

- >3 years of work experience in algorithm and architecture development related with LTE system level simulation, MAC Scheduling, SON use case and algorithm development, Radio Resource Management algorithm, QoS and QoE metric design, interference management in ICIC or hetnet, and data collection/analysis tool development

- >5 years for the same areas as above in LTE/UMTS/CDMA/GSM

Specialized Knowledge

- Familiarity with LTE standard specification on PHY/MAC/RRC/Performance Management/KPI/SON/PCRF
- Mobile service quality analysis: web browsing, streaming, and voice
- Essential SW Skills: Matlab, C, C++
- Optional SW Skills: Opnet, NS2, http, TCP/IP, Java, Python, GUI/Data Visualization
- Optional knowledge: Game theory for wireless communications, Fundamental architectural understanding of RDBMS, Columnar DB, NoSQL and HDFS. Data collection and mediation

Essential Skill

- System-level performance simulation coding & analysis skill
- Mid-level English communication skill
