职位描述

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

Employee in this position is based in Shenzhen factory, is responsible for managing South & West China regional sales team of Amphenol RF Asia, and leading sales activities for the great region. He or she is a key role in striving for overall sales activities in the great region, which provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure business development is fulfilled within a specific time line for customers in the region. This requires intensive interactions with PM, engineering, quality and operation etc internal supporting teams, and other sales team as well as with customers at multi-level. Key goals which correspond to monthly, quarterly and Yearly Performance Targets derived by company and corporate Management, to be followed by strategic business planning, periodic review, and sufficient implementation to ensure sales’ day to day activities are towards achieving respective targets.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1、 Lead 2 regional sales teams in both Shenzhen & Xi’an factory, and provide necessary support to team for ensuring regional sales budget be fulfilled by each region.
2、 Be responsible for great regional sale team budget plan and sales expense control activities.
3、 Manage order booking and revenue forecasting progress as well as AR collection on a monthly basis.
4、 In charge of great regional sales team to settle and review KPI results of sales managers & Account managers to raise awareness of achievement level, and address necessary actions accordingly.
5、 Build up close relationship with key customers at multi-level and multi-function, to ensure company strategic business plan can be fully spread into regional sales team and customer base.
6、 Perform market analysis in the great region, lead team to develop complete sales plan for key OEM accounts like Huawei, ZTE & Samsung, closely manage and monitor Key design-in projects & sales activities.
7、 Complete business plan for key accounts in South & West China region, attend business review with management periodically, address new business opportunities and risks, provide incremental plan accordingly.
8、 Daily or Periodic reviews key sales project to ensure necessary planned implementations are carried out adequately and effectively to maximize captivation of project success.
9、 Periodic Program Performance Review with the cross-function team to support regional sales team and maintain customer satisfaction.
10、 Customer Audit Representative for Sales function as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1、 Minimum 3 years of sales management experiences in telecom industry
2、 Business negotiation skills and experiences are required
3、 Good communication skills with different levels of customers
4、 Familiar with wireless communication technology, RF knowledge will be a plus
5、 Wide connection in China telecom industry OEMs, and experiences and connections with Huawei, Samsung is preferred
6、 Willing to carry quotas, ability to work independently and under pressure
7、 Excellent inter-personal skills and team-player
8、 Fluent in English and Mandarin, excellent MS office skills, good presentation ability
