As the Logistics Specialist at Micron, your major role is as stated below in the major responsibilities but not limit to that. Your work will be guided by project steps, work area or team objectives and you should follow broad instructions to solve problems of limited complexity and consults others to resolve complex problems.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Manage Global Logistics Software Application and Systems
- Maintain and support logistics software Applications and Systems, such as SAP, Shipdoc
- Maintain knowledge of global shipping, import, and export processes
- Troubleshoot issues with logistics software solutions
- Log and manage enhancements and defect cases for logistics software systems
- Manage SAP table, codes and scenarios


2.Support Documentation and Data Analysis
- Design flow charts, job aids, and training guides using the appropriate Microsoft Office tools
- Generate reports as needed on traffic and shipping issues (for example, freight costs, freight volumes, and the number of imports and exports)
- Analyze and evaluate on shipping data for management needs
- Offer value method base on analysis for improvement
- Coordinate with other functions or department for process or production support


3.Communicate for Systems and Updates
- Act as a Liaison with IS and related department for system support and solutions
- Communicate and coordinate with logistic businesses on integrated software solutions, including resolving server issues, ensuring printer requests are processed, and setting up new meters
- Identify and resolve potential process or system related issues by work with Planning, Engineering, IS, and Production, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably System or Industrial
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor setup
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Background in statistical data analysis tools
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to effect changes within the team
- Excellent MS Excel skills and Good English communication skills
- Candidates with IT background and SAP application are plus
