职位描述
岗位职责：
1、组织各结构专业人员收集结构设计资料，拟订结构设计计划，编写结构专业设计统一技术措施，组织结构专业技术调研工作；
2、在设计前进行现场结构查看 ；
3、组织编制结构设计文件、图纸及计算资料 ；
4、编写结构设计说明书和图纸目录；
5、承担方案设计中的结构设计工作、承担景观设计中的结构设计配合及设计工作；
6、对设计图纸及计算的结构方面进行初审；
7、组织参与结构专业图纸会审及技术交底工作；
8、配合现场施工、质量检验、竣工验收、设计回访及设计。
任职资格：
教育水平：本科及以上学历
专业：土木工程等相关专业
经验：5年以上相关工作
知识技能：
1、精通运用AutoCAD软件、探索者等绘图软件；
2、精通结构设计、计算软件（PKPM系列等）；
3、结构设计概念清楚，有准确的设计表达能力，能独立组织完成结构初步设计、施工图设计工作；
4、有良好的现场判断能力、对结构设计方案的调整能力；
5、熟知建筑结构相关的法律条规、规范、标准；
6、熟悉各类工程建筑体的内外结构及施工过程中建筑体的安全知识。公司介绍

Cendes International Pte Ltd (Cendes International) was founded in Singapore, it has been in China for more than 10 years. Cendes has established planning and architectural design firms in five major metropolitans in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an) with more than 400 excellent planners, architects, landscape designers, and engineers of relevant specialties from all over the world.
In 2005, Cendes Chengdu firm was authorized by the Ministry of Construction as the first grade of national construction design qualification, offering the whole range of design services thought planning, schematic design, construction drawing as well as project management.
