Position Responsibilities
? Take and process orders, Monitor sales fulfillment, provide statistic data and report on time.
? Help team collect and analyze the sales/marketing information per request.
? Communicate with cross functions in PKI, distributors and end users, ensure the business operated smoothly.
? Manage the local channels/dealers for more resource and faster business growth.
? Work with technical support team to implement key marketing activities.
? Support sales for make bidding document and sent Brochure to end-user.
? Follow up AR and collection. Attend AR meeting every two weeks. Assist sales to collect accept certificate.
? Follow the payment of down payment, second payment. Assist in management sales &service engineers.
Education & Experience Request:
? More than 2 years' experience in sales/marketing admin.
? Experience in international business practice.
? Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and responsible.
? Good command of English and MS Office application.
