职位描述
要求：
? Lead management & control over plant quality system. 工厂质量体系的管理与控制
? Build effective system for food safety & hygiene control. 工厂食品安全与卫生管理
? Lead and maintain required plant & food product license through effective communication with authority.与政府相关部门的联系与沟通并取得相应食品卫生与生产许可证
? Lead all quality improvement activities & realize continuous improvement on PFI challenge test scoring.持续提高产品质量，提升challenge test 得分
? Support production on trouble-shooting & fix issues revealed by consumer complaints协助生产解决质量问题，处理与工厂有关的客户投诉
? New Product hygiene report follow-up and renew exist products hygiene report to meet regulation needs and sales needs.产品年检报告的跟进
? Supplier audit in middle region to fulfill SQA requirement.中区供应商的审核
? Team building of plant QA/QC department. 工厂品控部团队建设
1. plant quality performance KPI负责工厂质量控制，以达到公司的质量相关KPI
¨ 根据公司质量管理手册完成相关的食品安全与质量管理工作.
¨ 原材料、生产过程及成品质量控制SOP的制定、实施与跟踪.
¨ 对不合格品的控制及处理
¨ 每月Marketing review 报告及每季度Challenge test报告的汇总与提交
¨ 工厂内部质量管理体系审核与质量改进计划的制定、实施和跟踪.
¨ 实验室安全SOP的制定、实施与监督.
¨ 负责武汉工厂相关部门的质量培训.
2. plant food safety and hygiene management负责工厂食品安全与卫生管理
¨ 生产相关过程食品卫生控制程序的制定、实施与跟踪
¨ 主持工厂每月的AIB检查及改进措施的实施与跟踪
¨ 协调各部门进行厂区综合虫鼠害管理与控制，及对杀虫公司服务质量的监督检查
¨ 负责工厂相关部门的食品安全培训.
3. communication with local authority负责与当地技监局、疾控中心的联系与沟通.
¨ 保证工厂符合国家相关法律法规的要求
¨ 通过政府相关部门的定期审核，获得相应的生产许可证, 并按时完成年度审核.
¨ 保证产品通过各次国家级、市级和区级的抽检。
4. lower down consumer complaint CPM降低与工厂相关的客户投诉率.
5. on-time delivery of required license & hygiene report按时完成证照和卫检报告的更新.
要求：
? At lease 8 years’ quality assurance experiences in food, chemicals & pharmaceutical manufacturing, 5 years’ or above QA management experiences.
? With 5 years’ working experience in international company.
? Be familiar with food safety & food industry requirement & regulation
? Results oriented, outgoing and forceful in personality and adaptable to multicultural exposure.
? Strong communication skills.
? Good knowledge of quality management.
? Problem solving and action planning facilitation skills.
? Good team work with others.
? Fluent in both oral and written English.
? Good computer skills such as excel, power point and other software per requirement
