· This position is being created to be as part of LPO operation team to focus on build a strong, functionally excellent team together with LPO material planning and demand forecast teams to meet customers’
requirements from DBU and JVs.
o RDC warehouse leader is overall responsible for warehousing operation like inbound and outbound, pick, pack and putaway, repackaging, cycle count operation and facility safety. Responsibilities
§ Lead inbound team, based on ASN, receiving goods both physical and system in time to reduce “ inventory on staging” continuously. . inventory and operation data analysis to
lead continuous process improvement efforts to meet operation matrix goals
§ Lead outbound team to pick and pack goods, shipping goods to meet customer order requirement with reducing DPMO and cycle lead time.
§ Lead cycle count team to ensure CGL cycle count process in place to get Annual Stock
Taking Exemption while keeping accuracy level up to KPI requirement.
§ Train, coach on site warehouse keeper, cycle count team to accomplish their performance goals.
o Working as key users to collect site requirements during RP 2009 implementation to assist ITPM
team successfully launch RP within the agreed time frame.
§ Be the first back up resource on receiving, shipping or cycle count.
· Key areas of interface:
§ DB branch leader and functional teams
§ Material planning- replenishment process, inventory control, return , work scheduling
§ Customer Support Platforms - delivery commitment, coordinating shipments to customer
§ JV branch logistics or SMC teams
§ 3PL service provider
