Specific Job Requirements:

• Run regular lab testing of all parameters listed on the COA for each product, including titration, metals analysis, anion analysis, and particles analysis.
• Run regular lab testing on the DI Water System, and help to maintain it.
• Organize and track the regular calibration of equipment in and outside the lab.
• Perform basic regular maintenance on all lab instrumentation, and regularly update the preventative maintenance schedules.
• Contact vendors as necessary to troubleshoot instrument problems, and notify the lab manager if an instrument requires service.
• Be motivated to learn the intricate details of instrument maintenance, and be proactive in assuring all instrumentation operates continuously without any problems.
• Help to qualify all instrumentation based on established procedures.
• Keep organized electronic and paper records of:
• All lab analysis,
• Lab maintenance and calibrations.
• Instrument qualification records including: detection limit studies, tool match data, P/T studies, repeatability studies, Gauge R&R studies, and any other statistical or performance related records deemed necessary.
• Help to order supplies (reagents, consumables, and other basic laboratory supplies).
• Occasionally edit, and/or translate laboratory procedures.

Essential Abilities, Experience, Skills:

· One year or more of laboratory work experience.

· Bachelor of Science degree and passing marks on English standardized exam, CET-4.

· Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

· Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.

· Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
