职位描述

Position Responsibilities:
? As Sr. HR professionalism, provide full spectrum of value-added HR services to designed internal customers;
? Implement Human Resources policies, procedures & projects to ensure HR systems effectively meet the growing business needs and be in compliance with labor law and local regulations.
? Provide coaching and functional support to internal customers to deliver HR process on site to assure the development of employees’ potential and managing change from leadership through the use of HR Tools. e.g.
? Oversee bi-yearly LOR process through training, coaching and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the system;
? Drive retention of key A Players by interaction, communication and managing the succession planning process.
? Drive performance based company culture through continuously top-grading the organization.
? Drive collaborated employee relations and company culture through expansion communication channels in workplace and listening feedback from employees to address on site employee’s questions and concerns with strong positive employee relations;
? Manage the recruiting process through conducting onsite interview to make most effective talents tracking to recruit top performer with culture fitting from on board.
? Drive key business metrics analysis such as turnover and headcount;
? Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Education & Experience Request:
? Good knowledge of HR process and procedures;
? Familiar with local laws and regulations;
? Proven ability to establish and maintain relationship with internal customers from business;
? Passionate about people issues;
? Good personality, independent, flexible and professional business integrity;
? Good verbal and written English skills;
? Knowledge & experiences in data analysis
? 5 years + experience in HR with business sense ;
? Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related major.
