职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:
• To help individual region to achieve regional sales goal and regional KPI.
• To support individual region to achieve targeted product portfolio.
• To ensure that all the trade marketing activities are properly implemented and strictly adhere to company’s regulation.
• Execute and coordinate regional trade marketing & promotion activities.
• Working closely with Regional chef for cooking demo and other chefs’ activities.
• Execute cocooning activities targeted Foodsolutions’ customers.
• Assisting Product Managers to accomplish Regional end-user and trade’s activities for Pan China.
• Supervising complaints and good return system for Pan China
• Execute daily operation like coordinating regional product launches, regional product promotions, regional end-user promotions, regional trade promotions, regional advertising, regional public relations activities and etc.
• Maintaining and supervising wholesalers membership program and chefs’ database.
• Support Marketing Department to maintain the right price structures and right inventory level in the market.
• To provide feedback and market information to respective party.
• Build up relationship with chef associations, key accounts and wholesalers.
• Communication bridge between HQ and field sales.
• Business insight and analysis.

Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ FMCG working experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales department.
• Prefer 1 year field sales experience.
• Commercial planning and execution
• Communication skill
• Strong business sense.
• Data analysis
• Project management.
