Position: Automotive Parts Purchaser



Target and Mission: Purchasing automotive parts for sister company JAT in Germany



Job Description:

1. Suppliers Management:

Be responsible for proactive/reactive automotive parts suppliers' selection and development (e.g. collecting the supplier's information and samples; participate the design verification, quality audit, price negotiations etc.) and ensure company businesses' continuing and stable support.

2. Inquiry Evaluation:

Make purchasing plan and confirm suppliers' prices, delivery time and payment terms, etc. with the guidance of company's project development; Making memos and execute the evaluation programs.

3. Contract & Follow-ups:

Prepare the purchasing contract and follow up orders; Conduct and supervise procurement plans' implementation to guarantee the lead-time.

4. Others daily work of communicating with relative department and so on.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree of Engineering/ Machinery, 3+ years' working experience in automotive parts /plastic parts / tooling purchasing fields;

2. Good English communication ability, both oral English and writing English;

3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; hard working and team work spirit; well organization and coordination skills.
