· Formulate a comprehensive marketing plan for chemical product in the AP region and drive its successful implementation.
· Establish and lead cross-functional teams to monitor and develop and implement tactics to achieve profitability targets. Maintain effective communication with other team members to ensure that direction is understood by all and the efforts are co-operative and complementary.
· Lead the regional New Product Development Process for the product lines
· Work with Sales and Technical Team to develop targeted value propositions for each AP customer and support the delivery of the value proposition.
· Make pricing decisions which are sensitive to competitive change, market environment, value points of products and customers, inventory levels and internal manufacture and delivery capabilities and which maintain the profitability of the product line capabilities.
· Manage product portfolio in accordance with organisational supply chain capability in order to ensure cost effective business continuity and customer satisfaction.
· Provide Marketing expertise and insights to customers
· Present business performance reviews as required
职位要求:
· Degree in marketing, business or science-related field.
· Knowledge of the petrochemical, automotive manufacturing and lubricant industry could be an advantage.
· Proven success in a, technically biased, B2B marketing or business role.
· Fluency in English. Additional languages Mandarin would be an advantage
