Key Responsibility：

Ensure personal behaviour and action meets the HSEC standards of the Company.

Code of conduct and all the other policies and procedures are the principles and guidance for the work.

Supervise, train, evaluate and determine work schedules for assigned staff.

Establish and maintain supply policies and procedures including process flow charts of purchasing, logistics, warehouse and marketing.

Establish and maintain specifications for supplies, equipment and service contracts.

Establish adequate inventory levels of supplies and equipment.

Establish and maintain the hazards chemical procedure and work flow of purcase; warehouse management; sells etc.

Provide support in obtaining necessary supplies, services or equipment necessary for special projects.

Optimize resources by analysing market and planning strategically.

Perform spot checks or conducts actual inventory as needed to optimize inventory levels of supplies, equipment according to production phases and changes.

Supervision the sells activities of all of hazards chemical goods meet the license requirement by all of government safety management department.

Requirement：

Strong experience in overseas and global procurement. 5 years supplies manage role experience in International/multi- companies or factories, at least.

Fluent English both in oral and writing.

Strong communication skill and good team player.

Strong awareness of customer-oriented service. Compliance with the Business conduct and Ethics.

Management skills, ability to supervise staff, organize and communicate with staff &supplier and other department’s supervisors & customers.

Work Rosters：28 days of work, and rest of 18 days.
