1. Manage information technology and computer systems
？ Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems
？ Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems operations and development
？ Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
？ Manage IS staff and suppliers to design, develop, implement, operate and administer information systems
？ Control budgets and expenditures of information systems

2. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
？ Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
？ Be familiar with all hardware and software
？ Be familiar with network operating system
？ Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
？ Train staff about potential uses of existing technology
？ Train staff about new and potential use
？ Provide individual training and support on request
？ Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
？ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

3. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
？ Troubleshoot all technology issues
？ Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
？ Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
？ Research current and potential resources and services
？ Provide network access to authorized staff
？ Install work stations and all required software
？ Connect and set up hardware
？ Provide accounts and passwords as required to access specific information systems
？ Monitor security of all information systems compliant with defined security procedures
？
4. Perform other related duties as required

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
