Description:
As a member of the Plant launch Core Team, he/she is mainly responsible for the foam plant launch and support foam project acquisition, Vertical integration activities including foam etc.
In the following fields, he/she has to:
Support Foam Acquisition
? Involve foam product acquisition as need
? Foam process analysis and production line suggestion
? Process layout proposal
? Team organization for foam activity
? Launch cost estimation and proper chemical cost consist
Foam Vertical Integration
? Investigate the competitors and market capability
? Optimize the Foam PMT in China
? Industrial plan for Foam VI and present to management team
Foam Plant Launch
? Launch foam plant under mother plant support
? Identify the resource needed and put in place
? Make sure the launch team get sufficiency training
? Manage the plant launch Key milestone
? Working with function support team to pass the launch phase exist
? Following the ramp up plan to achieve the capacity target and customer needs

Lean manufacturing
? Understand the Pull system, TPA, Pool stock, shop stock etc.
? Ensure the plant layout including the lean elements.
? Working with plant team to optimize the layout
? Ensure OPEX Model implemented during launch phase

Targets and reporting
? During the initial phase, propose the industrial objectives of the plant (layout, capacity, cost …),
? Achieve consolidated layout meet the time schedule
? Report on a weekly base the progress of his activity ( program launch, plant launch, capacity etc. )
? Report on a monthly base the progress of his activity ( Group program launch report, group plant progress report etc.)
