General Statement 总述:

The office assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks and general support to the office staff

Duties and Responsibilities 职务和职责 :

Provide full spectrum of admin support to the team, including appointment, travel logistics.

提供全方位的管理和支持团队，包括预约、旅行安排。

Handle correspondences and inquiries for core team in their absence.

在核心团队缺席的情况下处理他们的信件及查询。

Develop, organize and maintain filing systems and databases

制定、组织和维护备案系统及维护。

Plan, coordinate and facilitate meetings/events/visits, and support logistics throughout the process;

Look after working environment; manage asset and office supply catering to the needs of operations;

Qualifications and Experience

证书和经历:

Education /教育:

Bachelor degree in Business, Administration or English preferred

工商、管理或英文专业学士学历者优先

Related Work Experience/相关工作经验:

Experience translating Board of Director meetings, communications

董事会翻译、通信经验

Experience translating confidential communications

保密通信的翻译经验

Experience communicating to all level of an organization

一个组织结构中与所有层级的沟通经验

Experience and proficiency with all Microsoft office tools

熟练精通运用所有的微软办公软件

Communication Skills/ 沟通技巧:

Ability to effectively communicate in English and Chinese
