Overview of Position/职位总述:

The mission of the EH&S Manager will be responsible for management of all EH&S programs, systems and projects for the Joint Venture.

环境、健康&安全经理负责管理合资公司的环境、健康&安全项目，系统和事项。

Position Responsibilities/职位职责:

1.Develop, implement, document & maintain EH&S programs, policies and procedures.

开发，执行，纪录并维护环境，健康及安全的项目，政策及程序。

2.Provide technical & regulatory assistance to all business leaders/workgroups. Drive 100% compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

向所有企业领导人/工作小组提供技术和管理协助。推动达到100%符合公司和管理的要求。

3.Provide EH&S related input on the design/development of facilities, equipment, work areas, & procedures.

提供与厂房，设备，工作区域和程序的设计/开发相关的环境，健康和安全信息。

4.Ensure required EH&S training is provided to workforce as well as subcontractors.

确保向员工和转包商提供要求的环境，健康和安全培训。

5.Ensure emergency response plans for the plant site are fully developed and maintained.

确保建立完整的厂房应急预案并进行维护。

6.Work with site operation team to implement EH&S programs in plant, while establishing and maintaining employee engagement and a strong cultural understanding of EH&S policies and procedures.

同现场运营团队一起执行厂房环境，健康和安全项目，保持员工的参与，形成对环境，健康和安全政策和程序浓厚的文化理解。

7.Establish the site annual EH&S objective and improvement projects.

建立现场年度环境，健康和安全目标和改进项目。

8.Develop site EH&S Safety Committee Program and organize activity regularly.

建立现场环境，健康和安全委员会项目，并定期组织活动。

9.Develop job hazard assessment procedure, control positions of high risk and train employees on the high risk job.

建立职业危害评估程序，控制高危险职业，并向员工培训高危险职业知识。

10.Investigation of accidents, making and following the relevant improving measures.

对事故进行调查，建立和执行相关改进措施。

11.Make a procedure to assess and choose and maintain proper PPE.

建立评估，选择和维护适当PPE的程序。

12.Complete facility environmental evaluation project, supervise waste disposal to meet requirements of laws, regulations and permits.

完成设施环境评估项目，监督废物处理确保满足法律，法规和许可的要求。

13.Develop emergency evacuation procedure and organize drill.

建立紧急撤离程序并组织演习。

14.Develop employee health management record, organize medical check, and protect employee health.

建立员工健康管理记录，组织体检，保护员工的身体健康。

Requirements/岗位要求:

Education/教育:

Bachelors or above in Engineering, Environment, Quality, Operations Management or related field

工程，环境，质量，运营管理或相关行业学士或以上学历

Related Work Experience/相关工作经验:

1. 8+ Years experience in EH&S fields

In addition to COMAC on the C919 program, the JV will provide components to several international airframe customers. These components are legacy programs already in production at AUAE.
