Overview of Position:
职位总述:
Materials Receiving is responsible for the accurate receipt of both inventory and non-inventory goods as well as maintaining inventory stock. Additional responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory auditing, and following the area procedures in a safe and efficient manner.Materials Receiving will directly report to Procurement and Supply Chain Manager.
收料员负责库存及非库存物料的准确收货，并维护准确的库存数量。同时负责盘点、库存审计，安全高效地执行区域流程。收料员将直接向采购/供应链经理汇报。

Position Responsibilities
职位职责:
1.On time materials issuing to support production TAT
及时安排物料以确保生产运作周期。
2. Ensure materials are stored as per storage requirements, remove shelf life item from serviceable store before expiration date
确保物料仓储符合存储要求，调度仓储确保仓储物料在有效期内。
3.To perform on time receiving inspection for incoming goods as per right procedure.
按照正确流程准时对入库的货物执行进货检验。
4. Packing and arrange on time shipments as per production requirements
根据生产要求，包装并准时安排装运。
5.File the certificates of materials and related documents as requested
根据要求对材料检验证书及相关文件进行归档。
6.Assist on Customs declaration such as reconciliation
协助完成报关单诸如对账等事务。
7.Perform duties that are relevant to the material department or as directed by the department leader or manager
完成物料部门相关的，以及部门领导或经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

6. Three years of Materials management experience (preferred).

AVIC SAEC is a state owned enterprise and a subsidiary of AVIC and is under the administration of AVIC Mechanical & Electrical System LLC (AVIC ME). SAEC is engaged in electric manufacturing, generator manufacturing, manufacturing of rubber/ plastic products and standard aero parts, and overhaul of electrical power products for civil aircraft.

In addition to COMAC on the C919 program, the JV will provide components to several international airframe customers. These components are legacy programs already in production at AUAE.
