Responsibilities:

1. To formulate or improve the management of the factory facilities, repair, maintenance system, and supervisethe implementation, guarantee normal operation of production facilities.
2. Be responsible for the application, urging and inspection of production facilities and organize personnel to install and debug the new facilities.
3. Be responsible for building-up and perfecting facility documentations as well as the formation, accumulation, sorting, filing of facility technologies.
4. To build-up and perfect facility management system and organize to work out regulations on facility operation; To manage employees’ technical operation and certifications.
5. To maintain and renovate basic facilities of the factory to better serve the production and office work.
6. Be responsible for the management of security guards, cleaners and kitchen.
7. To train and guide FM employees and manage their performance assessment and daily work.
8. To guarantee the normal operation of equipment and facilities based on the production requirements.
9. Be responsible for the progressing of TPM and daily maintenance of facilities and equipment to make sure the normal work of the factory.
   

Qualifications:

1. Age: 40-45.
2. Bachelor degree or above, civil engineering related major.
3. 5 years or above working experiences in factory management and highly skilled . Applicants worked in foreign companies preferred.
