l Demand Management: Customer demand validation; drill down to procurement & production planning and take effective communication with relative department, external partner such as subcontractor

l Master Production Scheduling & production leveling base on validated demand; Be sure that customer actual requested date are fully prioritized and respected

l Production order administration;

l Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP): Capacity and work load analyze, suggestion to top management for invest, budget

l Planning parameters (planning strategy, etc) review, validation & maintenance.

l Take role of Back Office of SBMV Project management, validate the daily project status review & communication

l Optimize the CLO (Commercial Logistic Offer) of in-house production materials: reduce the LT in order to power up the competitiveness of SBMV product in the market.

l Control the FG stock level under reasonable condition: Theoretical target is ZERO FG stock.

l WIP+FG Stock Level analysis & take actions accordingly : pushing FG PGI or lower the priority of certain production order for specific customers whose FG slept at SBMV with long time;

l Over stock (including DS + SM) reduction Involvement, e.g. monitoring the DSM materials Reuse

l Project residual materials treatment, e.g. Reuse to other production order

l Ensure position related documentation (e.g. ISO 9001, workflow) is up to date

l Ensure daily job always align to SPS

l Contribution on specific task/project such as audit, localization, 6 sigma and Kaizen

l Stand by for internal trainer / auditor
