MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and upgrade production equipment.
- Team work and potent communication with team member and other department.
- Supervisory role in technician team
- Assist Engineer in making quality and reliability improvements.
- Troubleshoot and analyze machine failure mechanism or frequency.
- Minimize equipment downtime through preventive maintenance / fixes.
- Involved in Empowerment & Autonomous Maintenance Team activities.
- Guided by work unit objectives
- Provides technical guidance to work unit


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years working experience.
- Willing to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Experience in Module tester, handler, SMT/PCBA operations, semiconductor or electronic manufacturing preferred.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of technical requirements and processes of work supervised
- Good communication skill and organization coordinated ability.
