岗位职责：

1.从事搜索引擎优化为主的研究、分析；

2.负责网站的搜索引擎友好规范的制定与实施；

3.参与网站相关产品设计的前期需求分析；

4.撰写项目文档、分析用户需求；

5.策划网站的推广和内外链建设。

岗位要求：

1.精通网站推广和SEO工作原理，并有针对google, yahoo, bing 搜索引擎进行网站优化的经验；

2.熟悉HTML、Javascript、ASP、PHP、CSS等页面语言，精通HTML者为佳；

3.对自身技术提升有强烈的学习欲望，能持续关注搜索引擎的发展，了解其最新动向；

4.精通PR规则、网站收录、网站流量、Alexa排名等概念及方法；

5.熟练使用网站测试工具、网站优化工具、流量分析工具；

6.有成功提升（并保持稳定）网站流量的经验。
