设备经理 设施经理 维修维护保养经理 西安/深圳/北京/青岛均有空缺。
Key responsibilities & accountabilities：
- Repair & Maintenance
R&M Budget Planning
R&M Plan Preparation & Tasks implementation
Quality Management
- Documentation
Establish comprehensive R&M project documentation.
- Project Management
Coordinate the activities of suppliers and contractors.
Participate in the regular site meetings for R&M.
- Budget Administration
Set up the budgets in the field of R&M for remodeling, refurbishment and preventive maintenance.
- Pre Contract Administration
Set up the scope of works, bill of quantities and tender documents.
Request for bids.
Assist Head of Equipment in Tender evaluation and alternative proposals.
- Contract Administration
Contract preparation.
Control the payment claims.
Control the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Post Contract Administration
Check the R&M project at the end of defect liability periods and initiate elimination of defects.
Control final payments and bonds.
- Reporting
Prepare regular reporting according to SOPs.
- External Contacts
Consult with authorities and public institutions concerning R&M topics.
Skills & experiences：
- University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering and /or related subjects
- Good communication and negotiation skills to convince and persuade others to follow the course of action
- Strong execution skills
- Good administrative skills.
- Fluency in Chinese, preferable also English.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Comprehensive Technical Background.
