岗位职责：Position statement

组织实施人员招聘、培训、考核、职业规划及人事档案管理、拟定人力资源管理制度，实现规范化管理，保障人力资源满足企业经营发展的需求。

Implement staff recruitment, training, evaluation, career planning and personnel file management, establish human resources management system, the realization of standardization management, guarantee the human resources to meet the needs of business development.

任职条件：Job Qualifications

1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理相关专业优先；

1, bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resource management, enterprise management or relevant major preferred;

2、三年以上人力资源管理经验；

2, 3 years human resources management experience.

3、熟悉国家劳动人事法规、政策，了解人力资源管理，熟练掌握员工管理、目标管理、沟通等技能；

3, familiar with China labor personnel laws, regulations, policies, understand human resources management, grasp skilled staff management, target management, communication skills;

4、熟练操作office办公软件与OA办公系统。
