岗位职责：

1、依据公司批准的经营目标，提出和制定公司短、中、长期财务规划，支持营销团队实现经营目标的达成；

2、负责制定、完善财务制度及相关流程管理，组建并管理财务部团队。

任职条件：

1、会计专业本科以上学历，会计师以上职称；

2、具备账务体系规划能力及财务税务筹划能力，从事财务管理工作三年以上；

3、精通国家财税法律政策，对纳税规划有独特见解；

4、熟悉使用财务软件及OFFICE办公软件；

5、年龄40周岁以下、本市户口。
