岗位职责：Position statement

依据品牌战略、市场调查分析结果及产品策略，制定产品规划并确定开发方案，组织寻找、筛选、整合供应商资源与产品，提供与品牌定位和市场需求相一致的产品和服务。

任职条件：Job Qualifications

1、大专以上，服装设计或相关专业；

1, college degree or above, more than clothing design or related major;

2、三年以上服装品牌公司设计及商品组织管理(产品开发,生产组织)经验;

2, 3 years in garment brand company design and commodity organization management (product development, production organization) experience;

3、具有良好的战略分析与规划能力 ，具有服装产品的发展和流行趋势分析、调查、客户信息调查与管理知识，熟悉服装设计开发及生产开发过程与流程，掌握客户评估、商务谈判、服装生产跟踪、员工管理、目标管理、沟通等的技能.
