岗位职责：

1、负责组织制定市场营销目标，确定市场推广、市场拓展方向、市场策略、销售策略、产品策略及相关政策的确定并监督执行，建立和完善满足目标达成所需的组织体系，组织培训营销团队人员，保障营销目标的达成；

2、依据公司中长期发展经营战略规划，组织制定公司的年度经营计划。

任职条件：

1、具有企业经营发展战略策划和各种经营战术的设计、实施能力；

2、本科以上学历，市场营销或经济管理类专业优先。

3、五年以上服装品牌公司管理工作经历，三年以上知名服装品牌公司相当工作经验。

4、具备对市场信息的洞察力、市场调查、销售等管理的基本知识，熟练掌握商务谈判、员工管理、目

标管理等技能。

5、熟练操作office办公软件与OA办公系统。
