POSITION
·Report to the Manufacturing Engineer

MISSION
·Ensure the quality rules are applied
·Inspect the components, sub-assembly and assembly of nacelle and thrust reverser by visual, dimensional and eventually non destructive testing according to specifications, standards and quality documentation
·Proceed on-live for complete and formal treatment of non conformity

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Follow the Quality Manual Standards
·Require from Production department to abide by product quality requirements
·Validate the production operations and close the Job Order routing Card in the Enterprise Resource Planning
·Declare the non conformity and request application of defined rework when required
·Establish non conformity (Request for Concession, Material Review Board) and follow the process cycle until the final clearance of non conformity (scrap, rework, accepted)
·Fulfil the First Article Inspection report
·Check the conformity of production traceability documentation
·Archive the production documentation
·Prepare the documentation for the shipment of finished product
·Recommend or propose solutions to Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering for repetitive quality issues and check their implementation if acceptable
·Check the periodical inspection dates required for specific tools and equipment and inspect them on time
·Participate to the permanent Improvement of the workstation and the assembly line and to the progress plans

EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
·College Degree and Bachelor Degree
·English language skills appreciated
·Knowledge and use of quality instruments
·Knowledge of quality procedures (Job Order routing Card, concession, FAI,...)
·Capacity to analyse and diagnose
·Knowledge of or sensitive to HSE principles
