POSITION
·Report to the manager of Process Engineering/Quality department

MISSION
·Coordinate and monitor quality transversal actions of all concerned departments and provide outlook and pertinent information to the Process Engineering/Quality manager
·Deploy the quality system of the company, check its right application through audit and ensure that proper corrective actions are implemented and applied
·Interface the company in front of Authorities and Customers
·Participate to computerization project related to quality matters

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Monitor the improvement actions progress for the General Management
·Update Customers and Authorities satisfaction survey scorecards
·Ensure the role of voucher and quality responsible for the process 'manage by the quality'
·Ensure the compliance of all quality management system items with the civil regulations and EN9100, ISO9001 standards
·Check through appropriate audit the implementation of the 'manage by the quality' procedures
·Ensure the global monitoring of all company procedures through the company procedure focal points
·Monitor the process of an improved structure, completion and simplification of the company procedures
·Monitor the preventive and corrective actions until the targets are reached

EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
·Master Degree or equivalent
·Good English language skills (C,S,W,R) ), French language skills appreciated but not required
·Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools
·Knowledge of audit techniques (quality system, process, product)
·Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
·Capacity to analyse and to synthesize, problems solving
·Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, MS project, ...)
