ORGANIZATION, IMPROVEMENT & SECURITY ENGINEER
组织、改进和保障工程师
POSITION
Report to the General Manager

MISSION
Supervise the security situation of the company
Ensure the company is ruled by applicable procedures in all domains which
Do not lead to any mismanagement
Do not expose any individual to personal initiative which put himself or others or the company at risk.
Analyse the working methods and modes of communication (internal and external) to propose management and efficiency improvements of the company

RESPONSIBILITIES
Define the security rules and procedures applicable, within the boundaries of the company, to the personnel, the subcontractors and the visitors according to the Chinese regulations and Customers security instructions
Define the periodic cleaning rules and procedures of the company
Supervise and interface the security and cleaning service company activities
Monitor the security conditions of the company in coordination with the maintenance engineer
Interface the security related public services (Police, …) when necessary
Prepare and monitor the implementation and integration plan of all the company rules and procedures
Participate to the establishment and upgrade of the company rules and procedures, in coordination with all departments and in particular with the Quality department
Elaborate general management notices according to General Manager instructions
Elaborate organisation charts according to General Manager instructions
Audit and analyse organisation and/or operation of the company upon General Manager request and substantiate the outcome for potential improvements

EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Master Degree in Engineering
Good English language skills (C,S,W,R)
Ten years of experience in organisation or quality systems
Knowledge of audit techniques
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
Organizational skills
Large capacity to analyse
Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, MS project, …)
