工作内容：
Secretarial support including filing, translation, arrangements of business trip and time schedule etc;
- 秘书行政支持工作，包括文件归档，翻译，差旅及行程时间安排等
- Organize business meetings/appointments, preparing relevant documents, taking meeting minutes and making follow up plan;
-组织相关业务会议，准备所需文件，记录会议纪要，制定会议跟进工作计划
- Manage the tasks of leader and work on assigned projects independently;
-有效安排各部门主管工作任务，并能独立完成指派任务
- Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior
-直接主管交付的其他工作任务

职位要求：
Bachelor or above degree;
- 大学本科学士学位以上学历
- At least 3 year relevant experience;
- 最少3年相关工作经验
- Good command of English, at least CET-6;
-良好的英语听说读写能力，至少是英文六级
- Good command of PC skill, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel,
-良好的电脑操作能力（PowerPoint, Excel）
- Mature, Smart, analytical perspective and willing to work under pressure.
-成熟，聪明，具分析洞察力，能承受工作压力
