Position: Boutique Manager
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Mission:Maximize store sales and revenue. Attract, create and maintain loyal Zegna customers at every opportunity. Achieve excellence in retail operations effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously raise the standard of in store personnel, increasing sales effectiveness and the customer experience.
1. Sales & Business management(Maximize store sales and revenue.)
-Drive sales to agreed revenue targets.
-Introduce in store sales initiatives/challenges to stimulate sales performance.
-Provide accurate and timely reports to retail management as required.
2. Customer Relationships and Customer Service(Attract, create & maintain loyal Zegna customers at every opportunity.)
-Resolve Customer Complaints and issues in accordance with Company policies.
-Fully utilize the CRM system to maximize customer development opportunities and develop.
-Develop outside public relations in the local community to introduce new customers.
3. Store Operations(Achieve excellence in retail operations effectiveness and efficiency.)
-Ensure all store operations are in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
-Resolve store operations issues, with the help of retail and operations management if required.
-Organise and manage stock inventories efficiently and effectively.
-Ensure the general maintenance of the store and manage daily maintenance problems to maintain a high quality store environment to Company standards.
4. People(Continuously raise the standard of in store personnel, increasing sales effectiveness and the customer experience.)
-Manage staffing levels to agreed headcount plan, within budget and to deliver maximum efficiency.
-Ensure all new staffs have a full Zegna Orientation and meet Company standards to pass probation.
-Manage all Staff in accordance to Company HR policy and Chinese legal framework.
-Develop and maintain an environment of strong teamwork, enthusiasm and open communication.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 8-10 years experience in luxury retail, hotel or other service related industry, of which at least 2 years at managerial level.
-Strong people management skills including, coaching, performance management, development & recruitment
-Self motivated and good communication skills.
-Potential to develop strong business analysis and planning skills.
-Able to role model the Zegna Mindset : Customer Orientated, Accountable, High standards, Pragmatic, Collaborative, Enthusiastic, Open.
