Overview of Position 职位总述:

Position requires mechanical aptitude, good eye-hand coordination, familiarity with common hand tools and their proper use。The candidate will be able to assemble and test Power Distribution and Generation products for aviation application after training.

该职位要求优秀的机械技能，好的手眼配合能力，并熟悉常规手动工具的正确使用。经培训后，能胜任航空配电箱及发电机的装配及测试。

Position Responsibilities 职位职责:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

责任包括但不限于：

? Support Set-up of new Joint Venture factory including shop floor layout and installation of new equipment

协助建立新的合资工厂，包括车间布局和新设备安装；

? Execute assembly and test according to work instruction; Operate wire processing machine & other equipments according to work instruction; Execute electrical & vibration test procedure according to work instruction; Be responsible for the quality of work and on time completion.

按工作指南进行装配及测试工作，按工作指南操作设备，对工作的质量及按时交付负责。

? Execute in-process inspection & calibration as required, initiate quick reaction to any nonconformance; support quality problem solving, process audit etc.

按要求执行在线产品检验及工具校准职能，对不合格产品做出及时反馈，协助质量问题的解决及流程审计。

? Perform daily 5S activities and TPM activities. Be responsible for good-condition of the workplace and equipments. Ensure EH&S performance at work

执行日常清理，整洁（5S）及设备管理（TPM）工作。确保工作场所及设备的良好状况。遵守EHS得要求。

? Attend trainings and obtain Certified Operator’s stamp; attend morning meeting and update work status timely.

参加所需培训并获取操作技工认证章。按时参加生产早会并及时汇报工作进度。

? Participating cell line design activities and support Kaizen Events, supporting standardization for robust and cost effective processes

为生产区的标准化提供支持以实现持续改进，包括参加生产线设计的活动，推进稳固和降低成本的流程标准化

? Support company policies, including but not limited to, EH&S, Ethics, ACE, and the Quality Management System

支持公司政策，包括但不限于EH＆S，职业道德，ACE和质量管理体系等政策。

Requirements 条件:

Education 教育

Technical school graduate and above, Preferable candidates have over 2-year experience of assembly and test of electrical products.

技校以上文凭。有两年以上电气产品装配和测试经验者优先。

In addition to COMAC on the C919 program, the JV will provide components to several international airframe customers. These components are legacy programs already in production at AUAE.
