职位描述：
1、按国家及有关部门有关法规制度及医院财务制度规定办理现金收付和银行结算业务，清点每日所收款项及时送存银行，做到收支两条线，不坐支现金，量入付出，不出借账户，严禁开具空头支票和远期支票。
2、严格遵守现金管理制度和支票使用规定，库存现金按规定限度执行，不得挪用现金，不得白条抵库。
3、严格执行现金清查盘点制度，每日核对库存现金和备用金，作到账款相符，确保现金的安全。
4、负责签收、填制、整理和保管各种支票、汇票、本票等有价证券。
5、负责对空白支票和空白收据的管理，专设备查簿，登记票据领用和注销手续。票据作废，加盖作废章后和存根一起保存。支票遗失时，负责办理挂失手续。
6、对于分管的现金日记账和银行日记账，每日要根据凭证做好登记，做到日清月结，季末做出银行余额调节表，对未达账款要查明原因。
7、根据现金、银行每日发生额，编制“资金流量日报表”，经财务经理审核后报送总公司及相关领导。
8、妥善保管财务印鉴，严守保险柜密码，钥匙不得转交他人代办，遇特殊情况离岗，经院领导批准后方可安排他人交接。
9、保证账实相符无误，出现现金短缺情况，一定要查明原因并上报财务经理，情节严重的要上报财务总监、总经理等，长款归公、短款自付。情节严重者可调离岗位。
10、对医院及科室信息做好保密工作。
11、领导交办的其它工作。

岗位管理：

1、财务管理或相关专业大专以上学历，具备财务管理专业知识、计算机基础知识。
2、有3年以上工作经验，在服务业或相关行业1年以上工作经验 。
3、办公软件操作熟练 。
4、较强的组织协调沟通能力。
