Introduction:
- For Siemens Ltd., China, we are looking for Commercial Trainees. Who will take part in commercial training program during 1st year of employment. Within one year the trainee gains sound theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in the most important commercial areas. After successful program graduation the trainee starts his/her professional career as a Commercial Officer, and becomes a key player in commercial function in Siemens.

What are my responsibilities?
- Attend and successfully complete the entire SCTP year program, including the various theoretical training sessions and practical job rotation assignments both in HQ and factories.
- Report progress throughout the duration of the program proactively to the SCTP program manager and their coach/hiring manager.
- After completing the program, the trainee should have a fundamental understanding of the Siemens organization, business and commercial function.

- The trainee should master sound theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in the most important commercial areas, e.g. pricing/costing, order processing, cost allocation & billing, product development, material logistics, production and production control, accounting, reporting, financial statement, risk management.
- 参与并成功完成为期一年的商务培训生项目， 包括理论培训、轮岗实践(如在集团总部和下属工厂)。
- 积极主动地向项目经理和导师，雇用经理汇报进展，并在项目结束后掌握西门子组织架构，业务和商务领域的相关知识。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 2014 Graduates, Bachelors or Masters in financial related field (Finance, Economics, International Trade, Accounting, etc.)
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Good communication skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Sensitivity to financial figures
- Good team work attitude
- Excellent academic performance
- Written recommendation from university professor (optional)
- Flexibility for location after program
