QUALIFICATIONS

·Education: Bachelor Degree or above

·Working Experience: 10 years. More than 5 years management experience is a must.

·Language: English and Chinese

MISSION

To control and manage all service aspects according to the directives of General Manager.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and control the day to day operation activities of CNPV, including field service, workshop, quality, service administration, etc.

Implement the strategies of the company.

Prepare and submit monthly reports to General Manager.

Ensure correct training for managers and staff, appropriate to their functions.

Maintain Health and safety standards and ensure compliance by all managers and staff.

Manage and support of ISO 9001 quality system in CNPV.

Manage other jobs assigned by General Manager.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Service Director reports to General Manager of CNPV.

PRINCIPAL INTERFACES

General Manager of CNPV

The Finance manger and HR manager of CNPV

The Sales managers and Market manager of CNPV

Key customers.

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

·Successful and efficient execution of all servicing and maintenance work of company products.

·Achieve target quantity, quality and cost of pump overhaul

·The company service system is runing at proper way
