职位名称：研发中心-材料测试工程师
汇报对象：研发部经理

主要职责：
-按照相关国际标准进行材料物理性能测试，主要涉及橡胶，聚氨酯及聚四氟乙烯等聚合物材料。
-独立操作材料拉伸试验机，显微镜，硬度仪，温度箱等实验仪器。
-实验室日常设备管理及维护，制定并执行环境、健康、安全规范。
-准时高效并准确提交实验结果。独立进行实验设计、数据分析和解决复杂问题。
要求：
-至少拥有工学学士学位，材料、机械、高分子、化学等相关专业毕业。在橡塑或密封行业有1-3年工作经验尤佳。
-熟悉橡塑材料测试相关国际标准，有聚合物材料测试直接操作经验者优先。
-熟练掌握常见计算机软件。
-英文口语良好，具备较强的沟通能力。
-能够独立开展工作，无需监管，有团队意识。
-工作积极主动，能够协调及跟进复杂的测试项目。

The new facility is due to open at the end of the year including a product testing lab and a material testing lab. TSS R&D Shanghai will work close with TSS Global R&D team to offer seals design, product testing, material property testing and others technical service for our local customers.

Position: Material test engineer

Reports to: R&D Manager – TSS Shanghai

Job description:

• Conduct material property testing according to standard test methods. Focus on polymers including rubber, PU and PTFE.
• Operate lab process and analytical equipment independently. Equipment including tensile strength machine, microscope, hardness tester and so on.
• Lab/equipment management, abide and implement EHS policies in daily work. Participate in lab/equipment daily maintenance.
• Deliver accurate experimental results in a timely and effective way. Expected to work with colleagues in the experiment design, data analysis, trouble shooting.

Candidate profile

• At minimum Bachelor degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer, Chemistry or related major. 1~3 years working experience in polymer or sealing industry will is preferred.
• Familiar with material testing related ISO standard. Hand-on experience with polymer material testing will be a big plus.
• Familiar with computer software including Microsoft-office (word , excel and power point).
  Strong English communication skills - both oral and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  Self-motivated with ability to coordinate projects and report status and progress.
