Responsibility:

-Arranging the manufacturing according to the production plan.
-Arranging the manpower and equipment to balance production ability based on production plan and actual status.
-Monitoring the supply of the key working process, such as tooling, tongs; contact with stockroom and master scheduler if necessary.
-Timely informing the maintenance technicians to fix equipment malfunction.
-Supervising the providing the training to all the line operators to strictly follow up the process control sheet to manufacture and inspect valves.
-Monitoring machine downtime, especially the downtime of bottleneck.
-In charge of the preparation work of production changeover.
-Implementing TS16949 and VDA6.1 procedures.
-In charge of the 5S work.
-Responsible for the safety and discipline of production line.
-Conducting the performance evaluation for the subordinates.

Requirement:

-Education: Bachelor degree, or above.
-5 years of work experience, 2 years relevant management experience.
-English proficiency, office software proficiency.
-This position requires the incumbent be able to take charge of the job responsibilities earnestly, accountable, fair to the subordinates, familiar with valve manufacturing process, has the knowledge of process control and quality procedure in TS16949 and VDA6.1 standards, has the knowledge of 5S, has the experience in production management, has the skills of problem solving, has good teamwork spirit and can communicate well with the operators.
