Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：

1. Inputting data, running reports and have a thorough understanding of the database system;
录入数据，生成报告，进而对所使用的数据系统有全面的掌握；

2. Dig out information of office building within Chengdu city from various sources;
通过各种方式获取关于成都市写字楼的信息；

3. Effectively communicate with colleagues as well as the external parties;
与同事及其他外部联络人进行有效的沟通。


Job Requirements:
职位要求

1. Last year of undergraduate or post-graduate, preferably in real estate or relative subject but not a must;
本科或研究生最后一年在读，房地产及相关专业优先当并非必须；

2. Good command of English, computer with an analytically and logical mind;
英语及计算机熟练，思路清晰有逻辑；

3. Prudence and patience;
仔细耐心；

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力；

5. Familiar with Chengdu city.
熟悉成都市市区。
