职位描述：
1. 协助配合经理的部门工作，负责公司采购工作。包括询/比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作； 更新、完善、创新采购工作和流程；
2. 负责塑料件/原材料、机械件、电子元器件的采购；
3. 采购订单的跟进与验收工作；
4. 熟悉和掌握各类物资的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地；
5. 监督采购物品的系统性，录入各类有关采购的物品信息，编制各类采购文件和工艺，并适时更新修改并作一定的补充，归档形成系统化管理。
6. 协助经理对供应质量绩效进行统计评估，提出改进目标并监督实施
7. 积极与各部门进行沟通，及时了解需求情况，较好的控制成本，创造公司最大利润。
8. 按时按质按量完成领导安排的其他工作。

职位要求：
1. 具有大专或者大专以上学历；
2. 具有2年以上工作经历；
3. 熟悉《合同法》并能熟练运用于物资采购、合同的签约；
4. 具有ISO质量意识；
5. 具备材料或热处理、塑料件、机械或者电子等相关专业知识，基本的读图能力；
6. 具备良好的计算机（Excel、Word 、PowerPoint及AutoCAD）应用能力；
7. 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，严谨、踏实、稳重并对工作认真负责。
