职位描述

POSITION OBJECTIVE
 Create business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Co-Chemical domain
which is covered by Emerson PSS products, such as: DCS, SIS and relative solutions.
 Provide feedback and market input to the marketing team and industry solution team in
AP and USA on competitive price situation and competitors’ position in the region
 Achieve/exceed the target assigned annually by manager
? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 Identify, track and pursue major opportunities in China Oil & Gas, Chemical and Co-
Chemical etc related industry, such as Sinopec, PetroChina and CNOOC, especially the
overseas strategic projects to meet organizational goals and objectives.
 Build up business relationship with those customer and strategic sites.
 Communicate, follow up and co-ordinate pursuit activities in a timely and effective
manner.
 Proactively taking lead in strategic project pursuits, developing related project pursuit
strategies
 A Team player in a multi-divisional environment who will work closely with divisions to
align with divisional strategies and objectives
 Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationship with the customers at working/project
levels
 Interface with other Emerson Process organizations to help resolve problems to ensure
overall customer satisfaction
? SCOPE
 Leading pursue on strategic projects
 Coordination with other Divisions’ sales teams
 Substantial interaction with customers on high levels
? EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
 Degree or Diploma in an Engineering Discipline, Chemical Engineering or Automation
Engineering is preferred
 Minimum 10 years experience preferably in the process industries with sound knowledge
of Oil & Gas, Chemical and Co-Chemical etc related industry projects
 Experiences in sales/account management/project management will be an advantage
 Good understanding of domestic business culture
 Strong communication, interpersonal and planning / priority management skills
 Mature personality and innovative
 Frequent travelling is required
