POSITION OBJECTIVE
Identify, track and pursue strategic project opportunities in China to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate and lead pursuit for those projects with multi-regions involved.
Communicate, follow up and co-ordinate pursuit activities in a timely and effective manner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively take the lead the team in major project pursuits, develop and execute project pursuit strategies
Lead the communication, and cooperate with local sales force, form project pursuit team structure to cover DI, end user and EPCs for the pursuit
Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationship with the key customers at working/project levels
Interface with other Emerson Process organizations to help resolve problems to ensure overall customer satisfaction

SCOPE

Coordination with other Divisions’ sales teams
Substantial interaction with customers at all levels

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
Degree or Diploma in an Engineering Discipline, Chemical Engineering or Automation Engineering is preferred,
Minimum 5 years experience preferably in the process industries with sound knowledge in project management or automation control or instrumentation.
Experiences in sales/account management/project management will be an advantage
Good understanding of domestic business culture
Strong communication, interpersonal and planning / priority management skills.
Mature personality and innovative.
Frequent travelling is required
