职责：
1. 公司供应链的总体规划、部门工作总结报告；
2. 执行采购战略，制定并完善采购部门的规章制度
3. 采购计划的编排，物料的订购与交货期的控制；
4. 部门员工的绩效管理与培训；
5. 与供应商谈判,对采购价格持续进行优化以降低采购成本.
6. 与质量控制人员一起对采购产品质量从选供应商,收货,不良品退货进行全程控制；
7. 与供应商以及公司内部其他部门的沟通协调；
8. 供应商体系状况的综合评估及认证；
9. 与供应商的比价，议价，谈判；
10. 跟踪原材料市场行情变化及品质情况；
11. 负责本部门的日常管理以及和与其他部门间的协调工作完成领导交办的任务

要求:
1. 专业：理科专业(如电子、自动化等)或者采购相关专业
2. 学历：专科，有学位证、毕业证，通过大学英语四级考试
3. 工作经验：在制造企业有采购管理等相关岗位2年以上工作经验，熟悉电子元器件。
4. 有良好的职业操守和大局观，具有良好的团队协作能力
5. 有较强的组织协调能力和理解力，执行能力、分析能力强。
6. 有较强的沟通能力，善于表达自己的想法，细心、耐心，工作认真负责；
