Position Summary:
1) Lead (in association with CDUs and the local business stakeholders) the Marketing Activation plans for Glad to
deliver profitable growth
2) Project Manage the 1-2 year NPD pipeline for Rapid Response
3) Manage forecasts, budget development and A&P spend.
4) lead Glad marketing team in GC
5). development of the marketing skills and capabilities of the Marketing Glad team in GC
Minimum Requirements:
a. Years and Type of Experience:
Ideal Experience:
- A highly capable marketer with a minimum 5 to 7 years Brand Management experience, with a proven track
record in a consumer goods organisation
- Experience in developing leading edge brand activation including TV or Radio, consumer promotions, digital
media
- Strong project management skills; cross functional team leadership and attention to detail.
b. Education Level/Degree:
- Degree required.

d. Managerial Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to execute with excellence.
- Proactive, self-motivated and happy to act on their own initiative.
