职位描述
Job description:
1. This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day legal support to all levels of management with Director level, functional leaders and managers.
2. The position will provide legal support over a wide range of legal and commercial areas including product manufacturing, purchasing, and import & export and other commercial contracts, corporate structure and secretarial management/support, labour, property and plant development, industry-specific laws and relevant company policies and procedural documents. It will include support to Compliance in establishing, maintaining and monitoring corporate policies in these areas.
3. Manage litigation cases, and the outside counsel as well.
4. Manage some intellectual property enforcement actions in conjunction with headquarter and external counsel.
5. structuring, reviewing, drafting and advising on significant agreements,
6. identifying, anticipating and mitigating legal risks in China;
7. identifying, developing and managing external counsel to ensure timely, cost-efficient expert advice to the business.
Report to: Area CFO
Location: Guangzhou
Requirement:
1. Major in law
2. China Lawyer Qualification Certificate
3. Over 3 years Legal Related experience, Law Firm or MNC
4. Language: English & Chinese
5. Careful, Responsible, Self-motivate
6. good communication
