职位描述：
1、向间接员工发放录取通知书;录取及入职程序的管理。
2、核算发放员工工资，并确保能够按时提供准确的数据。
3、管理员工社保，公积金，个人所得税，并根据国家法律和公司规定予以办理。
4、在有需要的情况下，提供分析，给出专业的报表以及建议。
5、员工职位调动管理，确保数据信息准确，并有效地处理。
6、跟进员工绩效项目。
7、员工档案的管理，包括个人档案，培训协议，保密协议等。
8、办理员工离职，结算工资，确保数据准确，并有效地处理。
9、管理员工合同，包括新员工合同和续签合同，确保能有效地管理。
10、员工离职的管理，根据国家法律和公司规定准确地处理。
11、负责办理员工的证明，包括收入证明，在职证明，离职证明，确保能正确地给予办理。
12、负责改进建议。
13、HR 例行报表。
14、HR项目根进。
15、安排的其它任务。

Job Description:
1.Indirect labor offering/ enrollment procedures and on board process/ probation mgt;
2.Employee payroll calculation and release, and make sure the data accuracy and on time;
3.Employee social insurance, housing fund and IIT management, and make sure there are handled in compliance with the law and corporate rules;
4.Play as expert, provide analysis and give professional report/ advices in case of needs;
5.Employee movement management, make sure the accurate data and its efficiency;
6.Employee performance program follow up;
7.Employee file management, including: personnel file management, training agreement management/ confidentiality agreement management and so on;
8.Employee exit procedure handling, as well as exit payment calculation, make sure the data are accurate and efficient;
9.Employee contract management, including: new employee contract and the renewal contract, make sure they are managed with effective and efficiency;
10.Employee Leave management, make sure they are accurate, as well as in compliance with laws and corporate rules;
11.Responsible for employee certificate needs, including: income certificate/ on job certificate/ leave certificate and so on, make sure the certificate are handled correctly;
12.Responsible for the project of Improvement Ideas;
13.HR regular report;
14.HR projects follow up;
15.Other tasks being assigned.

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
