Maintenance & Operation Lead

Description:
Responsible for ensuring delivery of system operation & maintenance for sites. Arrange site shutdown, warm-up, and drive good customers¿ engagement on planned and unplanned system related event. Closely working with the Outsourced Facility Vendor and the Centralized Engineering team to drive the system performance compliance, enhancement as well as extraordinary energy conservation programs. Closely working with external stakeholders such as campus developer and other institutions to explore and implement any facility enhancement programs.
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage planned shutdown & warm-up
Manage unplanned shutdown, coordinate with external institution
Building maintenance operation (might include GYM, mail room service, pest control and landscaping)

Qualification:
General technical/engineering background
Good technical problem solving
Good planning skill, relevant experience to manage facility shutdown & warm up
Ability to understand & interpret customers' business patterns to mitigate disruption risk
Ability to analyze system data trend & drive dual diligent
Ability and relevant experience in managing unexpected situation to minimum disruption
Good communication skill, ability to influence stakeholders to rally support
Ability to enable partnership with internal and external parties
